White Center / garage conversion
Over four months, an unfinished garage became a flexible work and living area with a kitchenette, bathroom, storage, and guest accommodations.

01 / EXISTING TO NEW USE
The project had to organize several new uses inside one existing shell: a work and living area, kitchenette, bathroom, storage, and space for guests.
The photographs keep the original garage, new bathroom framing, close-in, and completed room together so the result is not separated from the work that created it.
